i took a trip to hyde park and used this opportunity to experiment with my ISO settings

800 ISO
1600 ISO
100 ISO

200 ISO
200 ISO

from doing this i learnt that the higher the ISO, the more light that gets in, but due to a low aperture, this caused the sun glare. in future il make sure to double check all my settings...
