Abandoned village, headingley

This was one of the favorite areas i had travelled to on my journeys in reading week, and i definitely hope to go back. Here i used a big mix of settings for the village, mainly because outside was very bright, but there was a lot of areas in the building that were pitch black.

for the outside areas i used an aperture of 5.6, a ISO 0f 800 and a short shutter speed of 125, which made the images very clear, but some were slightly too bright.

for the indoor images the rooms had very mixed lighting, but i used a small aperture of 5.6, an ISO of 1000. and shutter speeds ranging from 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 seconds.

Although a large number of the images came out too dark, i was very pleased with most of them, but next time i hope to go back and use light aides such as torches, flash and possibly reflectors.
